Best Bar in Encino

Good selection of small eats in a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Parking is a bit of a pain with either street or the parking garage thats paid. Service can be a bit slow. But its a relaxed environment and thats how it should be approached. The food could be a little bit more seasoned for me personally. But good flavors overall.

Beautiful atmosphere, stylish design, and a very relaxing ambiance. The restaurant has a modern yet elegant feel with great lighting and comfortable seating.The chandeliers and modern design create a unique dining experience. Food was fresh and flavorful, especially the tacos, buratta salad, and salmon. Drinks were well prepared and presentation was excellent. A great place for dinner and Perfect for date night or a stylish evening out.

This place just opened and was amazing. The owners are personable, kind, and willing to take time to explain anything you need. The food was also INCREDIBLE and I’m not gassing it up. This is seriously the best fusion tapas you could have we will be coming back. The Mac n cheese bites, chicken skewers, corn were amazing. There are no microwaves or frozen food in the restaurant but everything is fresh. 10/10 this is how restaurants should be.

We had an excellent dining experience at Pialon on Mother’s Day. We discovered it on a whim and were so glad we did. The food was fresh and delicious (and came out fast!). Service was prompt and helpful. Our party of 6 tried a variety of dinner, dessert, and cocktail options, and each was a hit. Raspberry martinis were very popular with our group. Overall, good portion sizes and great value. Nice ambiance with subtle background music. We appreciated that it wasn’t too loud and that there was a good amount of space between us and the other tables (also, the booths were comfy). A hidden gem, for sure. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back.

Wonderful hidden gem! The atmosphere was really cool and luxurious, tucked away in this quaint strip mall. It's really spacious and would be fun for a private event. I was happy the price didn't match the surroundings as it was surprisingly affordable. The happy hour menu is really good between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. We were able to watch a World Cup came from the table as well. The staff was really sweet and attentive without being annoying. We will be back!
